Scope of Work
UPS visual inspection, input/output voltage checking, load checking, battery voltage checking, battery terminal inspection, cooling fan inspection, internal cleaning, alarm/event checking, bypass operation checking, display parameter checking and general operational health assessment.
Deliverables
Service checklist, UPS health status, battery observation, abnormality report, recommended corrective actions and service report.
Exclusions
Spare parts, batteries, PCB, capacitor, fan, power module, rectifier/inverter module and any replacement material are not included. Repair and material replacement will be charged separately after approval.
Service Assurance / Warranty
Service workmanship support for 7 days from service date. Spare parts and existing equipment faults are excluded.
Cancellation / Rescheduling
Visit may be rescheduled subject to technician availability. Cancellation after technician dispatch may attract visit/travel charges.
Displayed amount is the selected base service/package rate. Additional material, travel, emergency work or approved scope changes are charged only where applicable and communicated before execution.
